2. Mercer Brunch
A cozy Italian restaurant in the Minato ward of Roppongi, Mercer Brunch offers both classic brunch options during the day and a variety of dinner options for its evening guests. With both indoor and outdoor terrace seating, the restaurant offers everything from a variety of delightful egg dishes to nordic salmon, sea urchin, lobster prawns, and sirloin steak!

3. Bills Ginza
Located in the historically-rich Ginza district (at Ginza Station), as the name would imply, Bills Ginza is Australian Chef Bill Granger’s sixth Japanese location! At the top floor of Ginza’s Okura House, you can spend an entire afternoon treating your taste buds to organic scrambled eggs, ricotta pancakes, Eggs Benedict, green smoothies, and all types of fancy cocktails.

4. Eggcellent
Another favorite among Tokyo’s early birds, Eggcellent has been a staple at Roppongi Hills since 2018. Though the restaurant has been around for longer, since 2013, the menu and location have changed since its launch. Stop by and try the classic Eggcellent Benedict (with avocado and fresh tuna), or their fluffy pancakes with whipped butter or maple syrup. Whichever dish you try will likely leave you walking with a spring in your step!

5. Blu Jam Cafe
In Tokyo’s iconic Shibuya, near Daikanyama Station, this popular cafe offers its own trendy style of brunch options. The Blu Jam Cafe, native to LA, offers an all-day American-style brunch that includes everything your heart desires.
